ADDICTION...

Today I'm going to tell you the biggest problem of the youth which is ADDICTION. What is addiction and how to remove from our life? I tell you about this.

Today's generation goes unknowingly on the wrong track. Addiction ranging from cigarette, alcohol, and drugs to whatsapp, facebook, other social media, you tube, mobile and television this is all wrong track. The problem is not in the mobile but it is a problem that we are getting addicted to mobile. Mobile is not leaving for one minute, it's a problem. If you are addicted with anything, then understand that you are on the wrong track. For the first time you will try cigarette, alcohol, and drugs with your friends. Once you do, you will do it twice, for the third time you will get addicted to it. Due to the addiction of all this, life gets spoiled. Damage your body organ by taking all these things, which costs its life.

OVERCOME BAD ADDICTION

Keep yourself busy to leave all of these things. The friends who take you to all these things, you get away from those friends. They are not friends who push you into death's mouth. Change your life. Bring addiction for your studies, work and business. Then look, where your level will reach. At last, if you want to improve your life then, come on the right path.
Put your recovery first so that everything else doesn’t have to come last.”

Searching For Something.....

Hello Everyone  As you all know, everyone is looking for something, someone is in search of money, someone is in search of a career, someone is looking for friendship, then someone is in search of a close one, with which he can share his thoughts. I was also looking for a friend with whom I could talk about my past, so I started talking to strangers, I must have talked to at least 50 strangers in 2 months, I also listened to them, but did not talk to anyone for more than 2 days. Used to block before the completion of 2 days, I know you will understand me wrong, but what should I do, I want to forget my past, where I cried a lot. One such day I met a stranger who was not attached to anyone exactly like me, running away from everyone after talking for a few days.  Our conversation started, I used to talk to her because after 2 days I knew I had to go but whenever she talked to me, every time she taught me something new.  While talking to her, I don't know when that fr...

LISTEN ATTENTIVELY...

Receive criticism successfully.  Put your shields up. Act like a coffee filter. Strain out the emotional grounds-like fear or anger-from the facts. Accept what is said without giving advice. There are times when we believe the speaker is wrong, and it would feel so good to tell them what to do. However, even when the advice is eventually followed, the timing is important. It is best to listen, to support and to let the feelings be heard before offering any advice. Don't interrupt. Sometimes it is necessary to stop talking to hear all of the words. Concentrate on the words and pay careful attention to the non verbal gestures. Eliminate both mental and physical distraction. Listen with empathy. Put yourself in their shoes. Try to understand their perspective. It is not necessary to agree with other point of view to understand or empathize with it.
