TIME MANAGEMENT

What is Time Management? How to manage it? Everyone has this question in mind. The answer is "The ability to use one's time effectively or productively especially at work."

You all have heard one thing TIME IS MONEY, but the truth is time is bigger than money. The hard earned money can earn again, but not the time. Understand the value of time. We say that we will start the work at the right time, but the truth is that it is right to start the work at all time. You should know the value of 24 hours of your day, that you used that time to get your goals or do not understand the value of time and ruined it. Learn to appreciate the time, then time will appreciate you. The whole world gets 24 hours in one day, someone puts them to get their goal and succeed and some ruin this time and later regret. Give your 10 years of your life to career then, the whole life you will be happy. If you work hard for 10 years all their life you will fulfill their hobbies, and if you put these 10 years to fulfill your hobbies then, all life you will do work hard. Now its your choice you will work hard for 10 years or all the life.

"Time = life; therefore, waste your time and waste of your life, or master your time and master your life."

One such day I met a stranger who was not attached to anyone exactly like me, running away from everyone after talking for a few days.  Our conversation started, I used to talk to her because after 2 days I knew I had to go but whenever she talked to me, every time she taught me something new.  While talking to her, I don't know when that fr...

LISTEN ATTENTIVELY...

Receive criticism successfully.  Put your shields up. Act like a coffee filter. Strain out the emotional grounds-like fear or anger-from the facts. Accept what is said without giving advice. There are times when we believe the speaker is wrong, and it would feel so good to tell them what to do. However, even when the advice is eventually followed, the timing is important. It is best to listen, to support and to let the feelings be heard before offering any advice. Don't interrupt. Sometimes it is necessary to stop talking to hear all of the words. Concentrate on the words and pay careful attention to the non verbal gestures. Eliminate both mental and physical distraction. Listen with empathy. Put yourself in their shoes. Try to understand their perspective. It is not necessary to agree with other point of view to understand or empathize with it.
